Exodus Group is above all a human adventure the original idea coming from three friends who share the same values and passions. From today they are putting their knowledge and experience acquired from globetrotting the four corners of the world at the disposal of a brand-new adventure : the ‘Exodus Group’.

Eric is a bit of a ‘one-off’ has not followed the usual career path, rather being led by his creative and eccentric personality. He sees himself as an epicurean with eclectic tastes.
He likes to make different worlds meet and unlikely things possible. He indulges in various activities such as music, arts, gastronomy, riding and travelling. He puts a lot into those fields so that he can master them and help you to fulfil your dreams. He aims to bring dream and reality together.

Ludo has been a reigning and victorious champion for 20 years, as well as the ambassador for Oxbow for as long. He has flirted with all the mountain tops of the world. He’s
into everything and both talented and somewhat untamed. He belongs to that rare breed that has been able to turn their passion into work. Today he is putting all his energy and talent to the benefit of Exodus’ clients and will accompany you on your trips.

Francis has been addicted to globe-trotting and freeriding for almost 20 years. Now he is eager to share his passion while teaching both experienced and beginners to ride and
progress. Being a free spirit and of a generous nature he can offer a wealth of learning opportunities, and will do his best to give satisfaction to your greatest yearnings…

Marco Gaiani

Mountain Guide 

High mountain guide, member of the "Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix" and ski instructor, Marco after years of teaching at the French National School of Ski and Alpinism (ENSA), began specialising in the organisation of heli-ski trips to the Russian mountains. Passionate about the mountains in all their forms, Marco takes great pleasure in sharing this passion and his experience with his clients.
